Some of the items on the lunch buffet:

carved roast beef, fried chicken, fried fish, baked fish, Chinese beef casserole, baked lemon herb chicken, beef enchiladas, spaghetti and meatballs, baked chicken, turkey and dressing, 7 or 8 vegetable salads, 4 fruit salads, 16 desserts (some with equal), several vegetable and potato choices, soup, rolls and drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc.)  It is all you can eat.
