We have compiled the following information to assist you and answer some of the most common questions our Guests have regarding our hotel and the area.

Where can I buy snacks?

-The hotel has a snack machine located in the Business Center in the main Lobby.  We have water/ soda machines on each floor of the 3rd building (near the elevator closest to the pool), and on the 1st and 3rd floor of the 4th building.

-For a wider selection of snacks & beverages, there is a Gift Shop in our main lobby.  Gift Shop hours are daily, from 7:30am—1:00pm, and 4:00pm—9:30pm.

Where can I eat?

- Our very own Chaparral Café (family dining/ restaurant) is open for Breakfast daily from 6:30am

to 11:30am, and for Dinner from 5:00pm—10:00pm daily.  Room service available at same times also!

I need a drink!

- Our Silver Saloon is open nightly from 5:00pm—11:00pm, and provides a full array of beverages and fellowship!

Where is the pool?

Outdoor Heated Pool AND Jacuzzi is located past the Gift shop, turn left, and at the end of the first hallway on your left.

Open daily from 8:00am—10:00pm. 

Do you have a Fitness Center?

You bet!  Treadmills, stationary bicycles, etc.  Located past the Gift shop, turn left, at the end of the first hallway, on your left. Open 5:30am—11:00pm daily.

How do we get to Disneyland?

-Walking is a breeze and will only take about 15 minutes.  Make a left out of the hotel and walk South on Walnut a block, to Magic Way.  Stroll through Downtown Disney to get to Disneyland and California Adventure Theme Parks.

-Driving there will take a couple of minutes. Make a right out of the hotel, right again on Ball Rd, and right again on Disneyland Drive.

-ART is the Anaheim Resort Transportation system. The price is $3.00 per person for  unlimited use each day. Children 9 and under are $1.00.  The ART shuttle will take you to Disney’s main entrance.  You can be picked up and dropped off right in front of our hotel!

How do we gain access to the Internet?

In order to access the internet guests must have their own computer. The computer must have wireless internet access. If your  computer does not have wireless internet access, a limited number of Ethernet cable hookups are available and can be checked out at the front desk. 

What time is check out and  where do I put my key?

-.Check out time is 12:00 Noon. We offer/ provide Express Check out service.  Early morning on your day of departure, you will find an invoice for the room, tax, restaurant/ room service, movies, etc.  If you prefer to have these charges paid by the credit card you provided upon check in, no worries; just leave your key in your room, and keep the invoice for your records!
