WWPFG 2010 Conference Instructor Biography

Denise Stirrup

I live between Bath and Bristol in the southwest of the UK.  I have been pressing flowers for about 25 years.

I am President of the Pressed Flower Guild and also a member of the World Wide Pressed Flower Guild and the International Pressed Flower Art Society.

I hold my Gold award of The Pressed Flower Guild and also 11 proficiency awards in various subjects.  I am also a Judge.  I taught at the WWPFG conference in 2008 and run workshops and seminars in the UK.  I love working with pressed flowers and helping others achieve the best they can with their flowers.

I have won several prizes in UK and international competitions and look forward to teaching in Guangzhou in October.
