Hand delivered entries must be received by October 12.

Please use the following as a guide to figure out how much you should pay for your competition entry and mail back costs:

$5 entry fee

plus (for mailed entry):cost of any return shipping, including insurance if you want it.

Use charts at http://www.usps.com/  to calculate return shipping and insurance.

Note: You may wish to submit this registration form for your entry AFTER you have mailed your entry so that you have the exact weight and specifications of your package needed to calculate return shipping.

For mailed entries from outside of United States: Please mark your package "gift."

For mailed entries within the United States: Please calculate your return shipping using either

priority or express mail as these options for mailing include tracking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The WWPFG will do everything in its power to guard your artwork and to safely return your packages but cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns. Please make sure to calculate your return postage accurately, package your entry carefully as your packaging will be reused for its return. Consider purchasing insurance for the return.
