Award winning pressed flower artist and executive committee member of the
World Wide Pressed Flower Guild, Rebekah Smith has been pressing wild
flowers and making them into beautiful pictures for over ten years.
But long before that, she learned the love of the planet that shines through
her work at her grandmother's knee.
Recipient of the John Baselman Gold Award for outstanding art and honored by
the Mayor of Kingsland, Georgia, Rebekah's work can be viewed on her web
site, at the Latimer House museum in Wilmington, NC; and at various live
appearances around the southeast US.
Rebekah resides in her country home in Bear Creek, NC with her daughter,
Rachel and husband, blues musician
